Cancellation Policy

 

Booking: The Everly Discovery Call is a complimentary, introductory conversation designed to explore your goals and determine the best next steps across Everly Home Optimization, Everly Health & Wellness, or both. 

 

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows: As this call is reserved specifically for you, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking availability. Clients who miss a scheduled call without notice may be required to complete an application prior to rebooking. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible.
